integrated self counseling

Brit Tucker-Kline, MA, LPC

hello, welcome —

Therapy is a space to slow down and meet yourself with intention and care. My work centers on supporting a deeper relationship with yourself, your inner world, your body, and the patterns that have shaped you. Together, we explore parts of you that may be seeking understanding, learn the language of your nervous system, and make sense of the past while staying connected to what you hope to create moving forward.

This work is deeply relational, collaborative, and rooted in building awareness, choice and self-trust.

Modalities Used —

Body-Based/Nervous System Recovery
A body-based, nervous-system-informed approach recognizes that healing happens not only through insight, but through felt experience. Building awareness of how your nervous system responds supports regulation, resilience, and long-term connection to self.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

This approach recognizes that we all carry multiple inner parts, each with its own role and story. Healing happens as these parts are met with compassion and allowed to soften, integrate, and relate differently within you.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based modality used to support the processing of past, stuck experiences. The work is carefully, structured, paced and integrated to prioritize safety, regulation, and lasting change.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT emphasizes acceptance, awareness and values-guided living. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, the focus is on creating space for them while moving toward what feels most aligned.
